Colorado Mothman

My mothman is patterned like the miller moth that often storms our state once a year and of course what better place to perch him than on top of the capital building where a red light glows all night?

I came across the Colorado-based cryptid the Lafayette Vampire and ended up putting my own twist on this idea of a concert creature that is ready to rock and taking a pre-show selfie.

The Cactus Cat is an old timer cryptic found in the southwestern US, they’re a peculiar species of wild cat similar to a bobcat but covered in greenish fur and cactus spines with a cactus bunch on their tail. Fond of fermented cactus juice, these prickly fellows have been known to cat around local drinking holes and perch atop neon Satire Lounge martini signs!

Colorado Bigfoot

This is my Colorado Bigfoot, who got tired of hiding in the Rocky Mountains and only being seen in blurry paparazzi pictures. He decided he would come to our lovely capital and support the local businesses of Colfax Ave. After a brief shopping spree to get some Colfax Ave swag, he grabs a pumpkin spice latte to accompany him on his stroll in our neighborhood.

Graffiti Alien

I love the city for all its mural work and all the graffiti you see around. Working on colfax there no shortage of this art. And having see many UFOs while living out here I joined the two ideas. The aliens stalk the streets at night looking for the best place to tag and let us humans know they are here.

A lone haunted sparrow floating down CLFX can be an ominous sight, especially when it's the harbinger of things to come.

This is Dave; he heard good things about Colfax Avenue and made the trip down from the mountains to check it out. He’s picked up some records and a donut and is about to swing into the skate shop for some shoes.

This piece represents the miraculous transformative spirit of the human soul. To be found when you are sure that you are lost. To realize the you that you really are is limitless, eternally innocent, and have the power to change no matter how much of a cretin you have been in the past you have within you the ability to transform into a Better Version of that cretin or to become something else all together that can extend the good, Holy, and beautiful to others as a mirror of your true self.
