An East Colfax staple, The Holiday Chalet has seen many faces over the years. Built in 1896, the mansion has evolved from being the Bohm Mansion, to an apartment house, and since 1955 to a bed and breakfast. Most rooms have their own kitchenette and all have private bathrooms. In March 2017, The Holiday Chalet was sold to “Suites IQ LLC”. an international hospitality group who will be bringing the Holiday Chalet into the 21st century under its new brand: “Unique Aparthotel”.

Our guests enjoy a home away from home vibe with a full breakfast served daily at famous Pete’s Kitchen Restaurant located few yards away from us, comfortable rooms, and a private courtyard. Cannabis and Canine Friendly.
